Demo and offer

Before your decision
Before a binding agreement, you receive the specific service description, total price including applicable taxes and additional costs, payment and delivery conditions, duration, renewal and termination details. For digital services, this includes relevant functionality, compatibility, interoperability and technical requirements. This information page does not set prices or contract durations.
Consumer rights
Statutory rights for defective digital services and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. A demo request does not waive withdrawal rights. Withdrawal information applicable to the specific contract is provided before conclusion and confirmed on a durable medium. The Withdrawal page explains the basic principles.
Complaints and termination
Send contract questions, service complaints or termination requests to info@the-bark.de. Include the contract reference and your request, without payment access credentials. Statutory judicial and out-of-court remedies remain available. Requirements for online contracting, including electronic withdrawal and subscription cancellation, apply to the interface where the contract is offered.
